HORTICULTURAL THERAPY
Horticultural therapy is the treatment of individuals using plants and plant-based material to meet clinical goals for physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual well-being. When HT takes place by one-self, in a group setting, or in a non-clinical, non-goal setting, it is normally therapeutic horticulture.
